Help make South Essex a creative leader

Calling all South Essex creatives!

Join an online discussion about culture in South Essex. What’s new, what’s changed? What needs to happen for South Essex to become the leading place for creatives?

Last year the creative sector across South Essex was invited to share views on future priorities through a consultation process led by the local cultural sector on behalf of ASELA.

ASELA has appointed Metal to support the next phase of work to develop an ambitious co-produced cultural strategy and action plan to achieve its wider placemaking ambitions, including SEEPARK (South Essex Estuary Park).

One of the key findings from the consultation was to join the dots between stakeholders, local authorities, and grassroots creative businesses ‘on the ground’. This is an opportunity to have your say and inform practical, workable plans to achieve the exciting ambitions for the region.
