OSE is a private sector led partnership with members from South Essex businesses, local authorities, further and higher education.
We are also the local federated board of the South East Local Enterprise Partnership (SELEP Ltd) for South Essex.
OSE has worked with South Essex Councils (SEC) from the very start. Our chair is a member of the Joint Committee and through this we provide a strong business voice and perspective into the work of SEC. We have supported the development of the Growth and Recovery prospectus, ensuring that South Essex priorities and ambitions are reflected to SELEP, Central Government as well as the Thames Estuary Growth Board.
